These Terms govern your use of qezuo.com and purchases from Qezuo. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the related store policies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Store Use
Use this website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact information.
2. Products and Pricing
We aim to present product descriptions, images, options, prices, and availability accurately. Colors may vary by device. Qezuo may correct errors or cancel an affected order. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
3. Payment
Available payment methods and the final order total are displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment.
4. Orders and Changes
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee fulfillment. To request a cancellation or change, email contact@mail.qezuo.com within 24 hours after ordering. Once an order enters preparation or ships, it cannot be cancelled or changed. A request is not confirmed until approved.
5. Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping is normally estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. Orders over US$59.99 qualify for free standard shipping; otherwise standard shipping costs US$5.99.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility, instructions, and refund timing are described on our Return & Exchange page. Contact Qezuo before returning any item.
7. Prohibited Use
Do not interfere with website security, transmit harmful code, misuse the service, or reproduce protected content without permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Payment providers, carriers, tracking services, and other third parties may apply their own terms and policies.
9. Liability
Qezuo does not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
