Shipping Information
1. Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch.
2. Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping is normally estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time consists of processing time plus shipping time. Customs delays, weekends, public holidays, carrier disruptions, weather, and unforeseen events are not included.
3. Shipping Charges
Orders over US$59.99 qualify for free standard shipping. Otherwise, standard shipping costs US$5.99. Promotional free-shipping offers may be available from time to time. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping Destinations
Available destinations are shown at checkout. If a destination cannot be selected, Qezuo is currently unable to ship there.
5. Tracking
After dispatch, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. You may track the shipment at https://www.17track.net/en. Allow 1–2 business days for updates to appear.
6. Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges. Where applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Address Changes
Review your shipping address before ordering. Email contact@mail.qezuo.com immediately if it is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.
8. Delayed or Missing Packages
If a package has not arrived 30 days after shipment, email contact@mail.qezuo.com with your order number and tracking information.
